METHODOLOGY
As you implement Screem, there are three important stages that we will be working through:
Assessment:
- We work with you to decide where and how to place your screens, evaluating any existing investment that you already have made.
- We will check the locations you have selected and tell you the technical requirements.
- We will submit you with a feasibility report considering safety, space restrictions, prime spots, consumer flow etc.
- In addition, we will discuss with you the match between your marketing & product strategy and the content you plan to display on your screen.
- We help you how to organize and setup initial play-lists.
- We can consult on content production.
Implementation:
- We will propose you a roll-out plan to execute and coordinate the technical implementation of screens, Viproboxes, cabling and links.
- We help you to define and lay-out your first play-list.
- Generally, we do a test first with pilot screens placed in your strategic locations and will then run and evaluate the pilot as part of the overall implementation.
Collaboration:
- Considering the dynamic nature of narrowcasting, we will, as part of our overall service, have regular meetings with you to consider and evaluate improvements that can be made to the configuration of your network.
- Because Screem-on-line is a strategic marketing tool we will help you in defining your price of media advertising for third parties.
